My experience and education at a glance.

Experience

L2 & L3 Technical Support for Google Firebase Platform, specialized in "Build Products". The service is provided around the world 24/7 during the whole year, in a wide variety of technologies, coming from mobile (iOS, Android, Flutter), passing through web and backend development, and finalizing in the game industry (Unity). The supported products allows developers to focus in building the applications without the huge concern of maintaining servers.Despite the main activities are around solving cases, the important part of the project is analyzing the data obtained from the communication with developers and passing that information analyzed and processed to the Google engineers to make decisions in an informed way, helping them to build a better platform for the final users.

Education

I graduated after submitting my thesis on a best-selling product monitoring prototype for the company URREA. It's an accomplishment to apply my automation knowledge to business intelligence.
